MEET KENNY

IMG_8893.JPG

Kenny Davis is a self-taught abstract artist who began his artistic journey during the COVID-19 quarantine as a way to express himself and navigate life with autism, anxiety, ADHD, and social communication challenges. What began as a personal outlet quickly developed into a passion and a distinctive artistic voice.

Kenny is known for his remarkable ability to observe visual details and translate them into expressive works that reflect his unique perspective. His art is driven by a desire to challenge how people see the world and to demonstrate that neurodiversity brings valuable creativity, depth, and insight. As Kenny often says, when asked to “think outside the box,” his response is simply, “What box?”

Outside of his art, Kenny is a devoted husband and father of two daughters. He is also an HVAC technician, balancing his technical career with his growing presence as an artist. Together with his wife, Kimberly, he helped start an adult autism social group in their hometown to foster connection and belonging within the neurodivergent community.

Kenny is also active in recovery and is passionate about encouraging others through his journey. Through both his life and his work, his goal is to shift the conversation from autism awareness to autism acceptance. He hopes his art helps others see that autism is not a limitation, but a different way of experiencing and contributing to the world.
